Tim began his career at Seeberger and Associates in Houston, Texas after completing his education at the University of Houston. Following, he spent ten years as Vice President of Interiors for Professional Design Group where worked with design and construction of corporate office spaces all across the country. Tim also worked for five years at Gensler in Los Angeles before being recruited by the University of Southern California. At USC he oversaw new construction and remodels of research and academic buildings. Since 2012 Tim has been with The Walt Disney Company where he heads up the "in-house" Design and Architecture teams for Corporate Real Estate, which includes approximately 18.5 million square feet world-wide.  "Our task is to guide the design components of all new and remodel of existing Disney Real Estate worldwide." Tim explains.  "Our portfolio does not include any "themed" environments, like the Parks, or Resorts. Our properties are all the corporate spaces that support the Company and its other Divisions, like ABC, ESPN, Marvel, Disney-Pixar, Lucasfilms and Maker Studios.

Susanne Molina is Principal and Co-founder of K2S Studio, a new Los Angeles based interior design firm. She received her degree in Environmental design from Parsons School of Design and has over 20 years of professional experience with several respected design firms. Throughout her career, she has been heavily involved in Operations and Business Development and is trained in all aspects of interior design including Programming/ strategic planning, design and project management, construction documentation and detailing, and construction administration. She has focused her practice on commercial interiors with an emphasis in corporate. Susanne has served in several positions for IIDA, AIA, USGBC, and others. In addition to her extensive design organization involvement, she also provides student and young professional mentorship and is actively involved in legislative efforts within the state of California related to design.

Owner and Principal of Beleco, Christian Schnyder has more than 30 years of experience as a design director and interior designer for world-renown hospitality, restaurant and high-end residential projects. Prior to Beleco, he served as a Principal designer at an award-winning Los Angeles design firm. His solid architectural roots, down-to-earth demeanor and passion for uniting people through design make him a truly effective leader and sought-after collaborator. Christian has an M.A. in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and a B.A. in Architecture and Interior Design from his native country of Switzerland.
