Project Title/ Description: Danfoss Relocation Project

SF: 55,000sf

Started: February ‘25

Completion: December 15 – ‘25

• Full interior gut of space. 22,000sf of office space and 33,000sf of Production/testing area. Space includes 12ea testing stations for R&D, special isolation chamber with 5’ thick isolation slabs (for testing purposes), 8000 amps of 480v additional power to the already existing 1200amp service, new cooling tower system, 12 test stand stations, a cold chamber for specific temperature testing, full gourmet chef’s kitchen and dining center, and new customer experience area.
• Danfoss is consolidating their 600 local employees from their 3ea locations in Minneapolis to the P1 & P2 buildings located in Plymouth. Major renovation to P2 building and minor changes to P1 building to create synergized campus.
